Unlike many systems that have a transfer time of <20 m/s, the Escape20 provides a 0 m/s changeover. This means connected equipment continues running without disruption, ensuring a smooth and reliable experience for the end user.

Yes. The Escape20 is compatible with AC-coupled PV systems and can control supported inverters from manufacturers such as Fronius and SMA. This allows for greater flexibility in system design and integration with existing or new solar installations.

No. The Escape20 is not designed to export energy to the grid. It is installed behind the meter and is seen by the grid as a load rather than a generation source. While it can use grid power for charging, it does not feed energy back into the grid.
